Ordering

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately with order number, name of item you received, and a clear photo so our team can assist quickly.

Can I apply a discount code after I place an order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need help, contact us immediately; we'll try to assist but changes are not guaranteed.

Where are orders shipped from?

Most in-stock items ship from Italy, or USA. Limited stock may ship from warehouses in Europe or Hong Kong via FedEx or DHL.

How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: In-stock items: ~48 hours. Custom orders: 3–4 weeks. Shipping Time: FedEx/DHL 4–9 business days depending on destination.
